A quick summary:

(1) This is an intensive course whose meetings are on 3/13, 3/27, 4/10, and 4/24.
(2) This course welcome students who are not in Taipei. For these students, all lectures will be delivered with lecture videos, and all assignments will be submitted online. These remote students will still need to form teams to do final projects by themselves. The course forum may be helpful for remote students to form teams. In any case, there is no need to worry about the difference in time zones.
